14 days to change your mind Terms and conditions

It's important to us that you're happy with your FOSSAMOTORSPORT purchase. If you're not completely satisfied you can return it within 14 days upon received dates.

We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging.

Assembled products may be returned provided your merchandise is not found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

We may refuse the return or offer an exchange or refund card only if the returns criteria are not fully met.

We do not offer products for rent or for temporary use. FOSSAMOTORSPORT reserves the right to refuse returns or offer an exchange or refund only to anyone where FOSSAMOTORSPORT, in its sole discretion, suspects abuse of its return policy. Please note that we inspect the item(s) and if a product has been used or handled in a way which has diminished its value, we may also reduce the value of the refund to reflect the reduction in the value of the merchandise.

Additional or different terms and conditions may apply in relation to the returns of products that are being recalled by FOSSAMOTORSPORT for quality and/or safety reasons.

Government issued photo ID may be required.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. VINCE BIKERS MOTOR WORLD will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7DAYS after the confirmation.
